We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging.
