Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used fragrances (unless defective)
• Products damaged through misuse
• Gift cards (if offered)
